Welcome to The Plough
A traditional local pub in that is the heart of the village of Beddington. Built in 1897 on the site of an 18th century inn. The pub still has a tunnel in the cellar that leads to Carew Manor in Beddington Park which was frequently visited by Queen Elizabeth 1st and Sir Walter Raleigh whose head is buried in the churchyard of St. Mary’s Church.
A fresh and seasonal British menu is served daily with the daily specials and traditional roasts served on Sundays.
